What types of animals do you accept for boarding and daycare?

What vaccinations are required for my pet to stay at Paws Up?
Pets must have Rabies, DHPP (for dogs), Bordetella (for dogs), FVRCP (for cats), and Feline Leukemia (for cats).
Can I visit my pet during their stay
Yes, we have visiting hours daily. Please check with our front desk for specific times
Do you provide food, or should I bring my pets food from home?
We provide high-quality pet food, but you are welcome to bring your pets preferred food if they are on a special diet or have specific preferences. Please ensure it is clearly labeled and provide us with feeding instructions.
What is your protocol if a pet becomes ill during their stay?
We monitor all pets closely for any signs of illness. If a pet appears sick, we immediately consult with our on-call vet and notify the owner at the earliest opportunity. For severe cases, we transport the pet to a veterinary hospital.
